31/03/2008 - RAFBF 90th Anniversary

Sweet Unique was commissioned to make a special cake to mark the 90th Anniversary of the RAF Benevolent Fund.
Celebrations were held throughout the UK, including an event at Edinburgh Castle, shown here. The event was covered on the STV News.

12/2/2008 - Scottish Wedding Show 2008

Thank you to everyone who came along to The Scottish Wedding Show at Ingliston. We had a fantastic weekend and really appreciate your interest in our cake designs. Our toffee cake with caramel buttercream was so popular at the event that we had to make an extra batch for the Sunday Show. It's now in the lead as our most popular cake filling!

Scottish Wedding Show, Ingliston, Edinburgh - 2nd & 3rd February 2008

The biggest event of it's kind in Scotland, this wedding fair is an excellent opportunity to meet loads of wedding suppliers. Visit Stand 16A to see Sweet Unique's new cake designs for 2008. There will be lots of lovely cakes to taste and you'll have a chance to meet the designer and ask all those burning wedding cake questions!

*The Show is on from 10am-5pm on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd February 2008.*

Ferrari Event

This cake was created to celebrate Ferrari's 60th Anniversary. Each region in the UK had their own celebration. Edinburgh hosted a wonderful event, organised by Thistle Events. An image of this cake was even on display in Italy at the closing party!
